Provenza Restaurant Event Center

We were a little skeptical going in since it was pretty empty inside. BUT, our host made the whole experience. The food was amazing. Four of us shared multiple appetizers, the mango salsa with plantains was my absolute favorite. And our dinners were really good as well. The price is a little high but you get your moneys worth. The food is so, so fresh. Definitely worth visiting.

A restaurant worth going. They have a nice atmosphere and beautiful decorations. I tried the pork chop with street corn and sweet plantains. I love the pork chop, tender and very juicy. The street corn was very tasty. However the sweet plantains were a little bit dry and not sweet. Perhaps they were not ripe as they should be. Also tried one of their natural juice, the Passion fruit. It was made with real fruit and very delicious.

You cannot find nicer people who truly care about their service and food than those that work here. The chef came out to check on the meal and make sure our food was good. Our waitstaff was phenomenal! We had a large party and she never missed a step. The shrimp ceviche was a favorite among the group. Definitely try the Latin fare. Would definitely recommend if you want a new restaurant that cares about its food and customers.

Exquisite dishes with a great view of the Atlantic City skyline! The venue is elegantly decorated with plenty of space. I had breakfast with my daughter and we were both pleased by the quality of our dishes. I had the Grilled Picanha Steak and eggs, which came with a side of well seasoned home fries that had a nice crunch to them. The steak was moist at a medium cook, with a fine crunch on the outside. I also had a side of oatmeal, which surprised me.... it was accompanied with brown sugar, pecans, raisins and a small side of milk to add to your liking. (Very fine touch.) My daughter had the Waffle with fruit and she enjoyed its flavor without syrup as well as with. A great spot to get a fine dining experience at a great price (if you're concerned with pricing.).... Great Experience!!

We enjoyed all of the dishes we selected from Provenza's Restaurant Week menu. They offered some interesting dishes. The portions were large and the plating was beautiful. Our server was very passionate about introducing us to dishes from different Latin American countries.

Visited for our 26 year anniversary and it was absolutely amazing. I can’t say enough about our delicious dinner. We had the chicharron ceviche with the freshest guacamole for an appetizer and had the churrasco and ribs for our meals and they were melt in your mouth delicious. For dessert we had their delicious creamy flan. So nice to sit and have a nice meal while listening to some great Latin music while the staff treats you like family. Overall an amazing experience. Completely recommend.

Like woah! Been meaning to try this place for a while and today was the day! I am so glad we came. Our server was spectacular. Her description chicharron ceviche was so good we has to get it lol. The texture of the chicharron was spot on!! And probably some of the best tasting Guacamole I've ever had! I tried the squash soup and it was delectable. Smooth texture so the bacon crumbles were a nice contrast. It is served with a surprising little squirt of whipped cream or something that upped the sweetness factor. So good! The burrito bowl lacked depth of flavor for me but it was still good. I added a squirt of lime & some hot sauce to kick it up a notch. Overall a very pleasurable experience and we absolutely will be back! Update: We came back!! This time for date night. My goodness everything was fantastic! After chatting with our server/the owner my husband had their bandeja paisa... not on the menu but it absolutely should be. I had the beef short ribs. So good! To start we has bang bang shrimp & shared a cobb salad. And we finished with arguably the BEST flan I've ever had and a delicious classic cappuccino. Between the service, atmosphere, and the food... this might become our spot.
